It is the policy of the NewUSA Issues Forum™ to maintain the list of email addresses of all contributors to the Forum in a private and confidential manner. The list will not be sold or given to any organization or individual outside of registered moderators of topics listed within the Forum. As indicated in the Forum rules, posted solutions and comments will not include the names submitted by any individual if the "Anonymous" box is checked on the submittal; only the listed city and state will be posted. In the event that any contribution indicates the potential for criminal activity, the content (although not posted on the site) and the email address may be forwarded to appropriate public safety officials after legal review by a Forum legal counsel.

All Moderators or persons associated with the NewUSA Issues Forum™ will be asked to sign an agreement stating that they will not sell, use, or otherwise distribute any email address or personal information that they become aware of through their association with the NewUSA Issues Forum™, other than to enable your participation in the NewUSA Issues Forum™.

About The Founder

The Founder and President of NewUSA Issues Forum is Martin L. Meltz, Ph.D. He is a retired biomedical research scientist, Full Professor, businessman, corporate officer, and long-time community volunteer. He was born and raised in New York State, lived and worked for 35 years in Texas, and is now living in California. Martin has sponsored the development of this issues forum to allow Americans of different political viewpoints to work together to propose solutions to common problems.
